  • The Ryset (Aust.) Warranty Policy

    We guarantee for 12 months that the materials and workmanship of every Ryset product will stand up to the use for which they were designed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accident, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Damages due to improper care or accident will be repaired at a reasonable rate.
    Electrocoup units have a 2-year full replacement warranty if serviced by a recognized service agent after the first year

  • What is the best way to place an order?

    Email or Fax is the quickest and easiest way to order Ryset products. We also accept orders the telephone. We do not accept walk-in orders at our Heidelberg distribution centre.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, orders can be collected from our Heidelberg distribution centre before 2pm each day, Monday to Friday, or alternatively we will arrange delivery.
    Please note we do not accept walk-in orders at our Malaga distribution centre.

  • How do I become a Ryset Customer?

    Contact Ryset (Aust.) on (03)9457 2982 and we will arrange a visit from a sales rep or speak to a company representative to discuss the new account.

  • How much will it cost to deliver my order?

    Ryset offers flat-rate shipping anywhere in Australia based upon the weight of your selected items. For a chart explaining how much shipping is likely to cost please visit the Shipping & Returns page.
